This question sounds more like a challenge to me since I know from previous experience this isn’t always the case. We need to be intentional in creating our learning spaces so that they foster community. As leaders we need to carve out space for people to connect and grow. This reflection from author A. Michael Berman is spot on: “the bonds I build in purposeful conversation help me create a network that can provide input and answers to solve problems, as well as understanding support for times of frustration and failure.” The community we build is foundational for our resilience.
